Home Time?

So we found out that there are some really great programs right now for first time home buyers and doug and I have been looking it up. out here in Hurricane there is 100% financing so no down payment! Also there may be a two thousand dollar grant for us along with the eight thousand stimulus thingy still going on. I'm just hoping that everything works out. We found a 4 bedroom 2 bath house for only 90 thousand! Amazing I know! It needs carpets eventually but they aren't nearly as bad as my parents lime green nasty crap they have. Also it need to be cleaned since the previous tenants didn't do a very good job. We are heading into St. George tomorrow to put in an offer so cross your fingers for us! If all goes well in a few months we'll be in our own house paying only like 700 something a month and I'll have a job at a daycare out here that is opening up in a month or so. We'll have money to put Doug through school in St. George and yes, he'll have to commute but who cares?
Oh and last night I watched the move Kate and Leopold. Oh my goodness was it cute! I've only seen bits and pieces of it here and there and finally I saw the whole time. Another good one was Serendipity, I like Kate Beckinsale she is super cute in this one.
I totally miss Hannah and Tavie and of course Lynne, it was so much fun seeing her. The coolest thing though is she said my name first! I guess we are the favorite Auntie and Uncle now. It's my birthday on saturday and I can't wait to be 21. I can't believe that I'm almost 21. I still feel like I'm 18 despite the ring on my finger. Well I'm sick with a chest cold and coughing up a lung so pray that all goes well in the house department for us!
